The mouthfeel is like a smooth paste. The other style is home style, with a bit more texture. This one I had was restaurant style and it was topped with dried squid. Update: Closed Permanently 😞 Pablo is Kowloon’s Mexican gem! Serving modern Mexican food with traditional techniques, in a casual upscale way. The taco al pastor was perfectly grilled with the sweetness from the pineapples. The side salad was simple but packs a punch with its roasted sesame and sweet vinaigrette. The seabass was grilled to perfection and the cocktail had the perfect balance of alcohol, tang and fragrance. Did I mention they have a whole Vegetarian and Jain Vegetarian Menu section?! 8/10
